J. Herbert Manbck, of 835 North Eighth Street, an attaché of the Lebanon Daily News reportorial staff for a long term of years was reported steadily improving in an Allentown hospital where he underwent a major operation last Wednesday.
Mr. Manback expects to be out of the hospital in a few days and plans to recuperate at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Dr. and Mrs. Conrad Maulfair, Allentown, before returning to his home here. His friends are legion and all join in wishing him a speedy recovery.
